Originally opened in 1973, this two-year public community college was initially intended as an extension of the El Dorado County Community College District. The college may be small but the learning opportunities provided here are considerable indeed!
At Folsom Lake College, students can choose from a wide variety of academic programs, with more than 30 associate degree, certificate, and transfer programs in fields ranging from liberal arts, humanities, and sciences to business administration, nursing, and information technology.
