It was a sunny day at Tacoma Community College; the students were buzzing with excitement. They had heard rumours that something big had happened at the school, and each one was eager to find out what it was.
The first thing the students noticed was that the school’s signature orange and blue flags had been replaced with a new one – an emerald green banner with a golden Phoenix in the center. There was also a large banner that read ‘Welcome to the Phoenix School’.
The students looked around in confusion until they noticed a tall, thin figure standing in front of the flagpole. It was Professor Dumbledore, the headmaster of Tacoma Community College. He was flanked by two teachers, Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape.
Professor Dumbledore raised his hands for silence. “Welcome everyone,” he said in his booming voice. “Today marks a new era for Tacoma Community College – an era of transformation! Today, we are no longer just an ordinary college; we have been chosen by the Wizarding College at Hogwarts to become their U.S. branch – The Phoenix School!”
Cheers filled the air as Dumbledore continued his speech. He explained that The Phoenix School would be a place where both wizards and non-wizards could learn side by side – a place where differences could be embraced, rather than feared. He spoke of how The Phoenix School would be a place of knowledge, friendship and adventure – qualities that had been missing from Tacoma Community College for many years.
Finally, Dumbledore finished his speech by stating that Tinkerbell and her fairy friends would be visiting the school periodically to offer assistance to those who needed help with their studies and magical skills. He then waved his wand and released hundreds of blue and green balloons into the sky.
The students cheered and applauded as they watched the balloons drift away into the sunset. It was clear that Tacoma Community College had been transformed into something truly magical, and they couldn’t wait to start their studies there as soon as possible!
