At IAIANCAD, we believe that culture and art are essential components of any society. Our mission is to create a learning environment that celebrates diversity and encourages creativity. We believe in the importance of developing a greater understanding of Native American culture and art, while simultaneously providing a platform for students to explore their own unique artistic identities. Our school offers an array of courses and activities that allow students to immerse themselves in the history and culture of Native American Art. From painting, sculpture, beadwork, weaving, jewelry making, basketry and pottery classes, to traditional music, dance, theater and storytelling workshops, our curriculum provides students with a comprehensive foundation in the history, art forms, and techniques of Native American culture.
We understand that the key to successful learning is engagement and exploration. That’s why we proudly provide our students with outstanding educational resources such as experienced instructors; equipment for completing hands-on projects; support from knowledgeable staff; and access to a variety of art materials.
