Aula is a closed area for parents of students at the school

Aula is an extension of the School Gate, but unlike the other parts of the School Gate, Aula is a protected area where only parents of students at the school have access. To enter the Aula, the user must enter the username and password. Based on this information, the user is given access to the relevant areas. Parents only have access to class pages that relate to the classes in which their own children attend. Aula is accessed via a menu item in the School Gate's main menu.

Aula is a tool that the school can use in connection with school homework. Parents and teachers with access to a class's pages in Aula can both retrieve information about the class, read messages to the class and participate actively with pictures, messages, messages, discussion posts, etc.

When first logging into Aula, the parent must use their username as well as an automatically generated first passcode. Once the first passcode is approved upon first login, the parent is redirected to a page where he or she must choose a personal password to use for future visits to Aula. Personal passwords must be at least 6 characters long.

About Samsø Skole

Samsø Skole er Samsøs eneste kommunale folkeskole.

Skolen ligger som nabo til Tranebjerg Kirke, med den bemærkelsesværdige store kirkelade.

Bygningsmassen består i dag af følgende:

Toldvæsenets tidligere tolderbolig, nu tilholdssted for børnehaveklasserne. En tidligere privat realskole, nu indskoling og musiklokale. En kommunal folkeskole bygget i 1956 og udbygget løbende med bl.a. faglokaler. Realskolens bolig for skolelederen og kostelever, nu SFO, klub og juniorklub. Tidligere var der kommunale folkeskoler i både Nordby, Onsbjerg, Besser, Brundby, Kolby, og endnu tidligere også i de helt små landsbyer som Tanderup, Toftebjerg, Langør osv. Ja, der har endda været et lærerseminarium i Besser en gang for længe siden!

Efterhånden blev de slået sammen, indtil der i 1990 kun var Tranebjerg Skole tilbage, som den eneste kommunale folkeskole.

august 2013 blev Tranebjerg Skole til Samsø Skole - Øens bedste skole for hele folket.

Klassetrin og spor på skolen

Samsø Skole har bh.klasse til 10. klasse, med 1 klasse på hver årgang.

Desuden har skolen centerklasser med både skoletilbud og fritidstilbud

Tilbud efter skoletid Samsø Skole har tilknyttet en SFO med juniorklub, tweenklub og ungdomsklub.

Derudover har Samsø Kommune et ungdomstilbud om eftermiddagen for de ældste elever: Grotten.
