About AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine

AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine has been providing exceptional healthcare education since its founding in 1994. Located in the vibrant city of Austin, TX, AOMA is dedicated to providing a foundation of knowledge that empowers individuals to bridge conventional and alternative medicine, creating a holistic approach to patient care.

At AOMA, students are able to obtain their Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) degree in as little as three years. This is made possible by providing a comprehensive educational program which integrates both Eastern and Western philosophies of medicine. Students begin their studies by learning the fundamentals of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture theory before advancing to more advanced topics such as herbal medicine and nutrition. Additionally, AOMA also offers an optional doctoral program for students who wish to pursue a career in acupuncture research or become an academic professor.

In order to ensure that all students receive the highest quality of education, AOMA has established a rigorous curriculum and faculty of experienced instructors. All courses are taught by experienced practitioners and scholars who are passionate about their fields and have extensive knowledge in both Chinese and Western medical theories. The faculty also utilizes a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, clinical practice, lab work, and other experiential learning activities.

AOMA’s campus is located in the heart of Austin, offering students the opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant culture while taking advantage of its numerous amenities. The school has its own student center which provides comfortable study areas, meeting spaces, and other services. Additionally, there are also plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping centers for students to enjoy.

At AOMA, we believe that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. That’s why we offer a variety of financial aid options for students who qualify, including grants, scholarships, and loans. We also offer a sliding scale tuition rate for students who have limited financial resources. These options make it possible for more individuals to pursue their dream of becoming an acupuncturist or integrative medicine practitioner.

If you’re looking for an exceptional healthcare education that combines both Eastern and Western philosophies of medicine, look no further than AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine! Come explore our campus today and find out why AOMA is the premier choice for integrative medicine education in Austin! Take the first step towards your future by applying now!
