The Buchanan Center for the Arts (BCA) was founded in 1989 through the Grace E. Buchanan memorial trust. Located in an historic building on the town square in Monmouth, Illinois, the BCA hosts exhibitions, offers educational classes, and serves the community as a special event venue.
