The Elizabeth Historical Society is the home of two historic museums in Elizabeth, Illinois. The Elizabeth History Museum has over 4,000 local history artifacts and the Great Chicago Railway Depot Museum contains an operating telegraphy bay along with more than 3,000 railroad artifacts.
