About Northern Vermont University

It was an ordinary night in Johnson, Vermont. Little did the town know that their quaint town was on the brink of a magical adventure. Citizens of Johnson were soon to be given the opportunity to attend the renowned Northern Vermont University at 337 College Hill Road.

The school had been a source of talk in the town beyond its opening date but this soon changed as new students flocked to attend university. The newest addition to the university's campuses - Northern Vermont at Johnson - soon began to generate a flurry of enthusiastic chatter, unlike anything the locals had heard before.

Word spread quickly in Johnson and beyond as news, stories, and rumors began to circulate of Northern Vermont's intriguing and unique opportunities. The school had been founded with the mission to inspire students to think outside the box and examine new possibilities, both in and out of the classroom. It was clear that Northern Vermont University was about to become something altogether different than any other school in Johnson - and, indeed, anywhere else.

Northern Vermont University's first established rules were simple: students were encouraged to explore their curiosities, stretch their imaginations, and take full control of their academic and extracurricular passions with abandon. Each professor at Northern Vermont held qualifications not only in their own subject but also in course design, allowing each student to have a truly personalized learning experience and academic progress tailored specifically to them.

Before long, the university campus had blossomed and become home to a bustling populace of citizens who strove to make an impact on their community and beyond. Nowhere on campus was this more evident than at Bertrand Library. Its four floors packed with a vast array of literature, handbooks, and textbooks made it the go-to destination for many students seeking further knowledge or a well-earned break from studying.

The library also provided plenty of resources for those looking to get involved in outside organizations such as volunteer groups dedicated to conservation efforts and environmental improvements for the local community and beyond. For those who wanted to get some public attention for their talents or hobbies, Bertrand Library offered live music events open to the public which allowed student performers to share their talents with an appreciative audience.

Thanks to Northern Vermont University's commitment to its mission of inspiring out-of-the-box thinking and its vision of being an institution that puts students first, this Johnson-based college has become a fantastically inspirational place for students from all walks of life to come together as one solidified community striving for higher education and learning experiences that are completely out of this world. Visit Northern Vermont University today and join its quest for adventure!
