In the land of US, there is one place worthy of note. High atop the hill in the town of Downers Grove in the state of Illinois stands The University of Aesthetics & Cosmetology. Here students learn the secrets of making beauty everlasting.
Since its founding ages ago, when Thranduil and the King’s Lords established it, students have come to these ancient halls seeking knowledge and skill in the world of beauty. They study the habit and applying powders, the selecting and trimming of hair, and how to perform delightful treatments. With their time here they come to understand why they are called “Purveyors of Beauty” and how important it is that beauty be kept both strong and beautiful.
Each day in The University there is something new, a lecture, a tutorial or some field work. Yearly there are also a large number of adventurous tests they must complete that test even the noblest apprentice (or one might even say, seek to trick even a wizard!). For those feeling mischievous, each Autumn draws a fresh crop of ever-smiling tricksters and pranksters who are eager to show off their prior work, completed with perfect technique.
In the University library there are numerous stories of times past. Tales that speak of students who mastered difficult tasks and bested all comers in friendly competitions, tales that bring a wry smile as we recall how even our old masters struggled sometimes in their studies here.
Those wise enough to come here understand the importance of proper training in caring for beauty, careful preparation in skill development and comfortable protection from the less talented competition. Alluring are those who seek to invest their heart in technique and flourish in finding their own unique style that can be applied to whatever guise comes their way!
So then I say to all that seek knowledge in beauty or wish to gain confidence in their own skills—Come to The University of Aesthetics & Cosmetology! Whether you are an aspiring master or just starting your journey there is something here for you. Come then let us each seek out our destiny together, whether it be become makers of beauty or protectors of perfection!
