Delaware State University (DSU) is an historically Black university located in Dover, Delaware. Established in 1891 as the Delaware College for Colored Students, DSU has a longstanding tradition of providing excellent higher education opportunities to students from diverse backgrounds. With a student body of approximately 4,000, DSU is the only HBCU in the state of Delaware.
