Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc. is a non-profit, tax exempt 501(c)3 corporation. It was founded by Ande Armstrong in an effort to rescue and rehabilitate horses in Sedgwick County, KS and surrounding communities.
